ECC Code of Ethics

This code of ethics applies to all ECC employees, including members of the executive office, management and board committees. It provides an outline of the general expectations and sets standards by which employees are expected to conduct themselves.

Employees are required to disclose annually any business and family-related transactions to ensure that potential conflict of interest are brought to management’s attention. Compliance to the law and appropriate ethical standards of ECC promote the personal integrity and create a strong corporate culture within the company.
