Job Responsibilities
– Analyzing PR and processing/converting it to Purchase Order
– Procurement sourcing/canvassing
– Process PR to PO based on the following standards
– Negotiate ONLY with accredited vendors in buying materials in order to OPTIMIZE (maximize) cost efficiency and savings
– Secure and protect company assets assigned for confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
– Familiar with equipment, methodology, usage of each spare parts, materials, consumables to be sourced/buy for; through this, able to deliver RIGHT MATERIAL.
– Drive cost savings initiative and introduce innovation awareness through strategic sourcing approach (Spend Analysis) to generate significant, sustainable, and unique savings.
Minimum Qualifications
– Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing or any related), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
– Knowledgeable in SAP System or any ERP
– At least 3 – 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
– Preferably Experienced Employees specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
– Willing to be based in Bulacan.
